Luck 33 Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Luck 33 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or accessing any game or feature on the Luck 33 platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all sections of the platform — sports betting, live casino, slot games, bingo, promotions and any other services we offer now or in the future. To open and use a Luck 33 account, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

Deposits: Funds deposited via JazzCash or Easypaisa are typically credited to your Luck 33 balance within one to three minutes. Bank transfers and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank or card provider. Minimum deposit amounts apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. Processing times vary by method — mobile wallet withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers. Luck 33 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals, though your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you may be required to complete identity verification. We reserve the right to withhold withdrawal processing until verification is satisfactorily completed. Any funds deposited must not be used for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity on the platform.

Luck 33 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the point the offer is presented. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through different accounts is a violation of these Terms.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Luck 33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe it is being abused.
• If a bonus is credited to your account in error, you are obligated to notify us immediately. We reserve the right to reclaim any erroneously credited bonus amounts.

All bets placed on the Luck 33 platform — whether on cricket, PSL matches, T20 internationals, football, esports or any other event — are subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• Luck 33 reserves the right to limit, refuse or void bets at our discretion, including in cases where we believe a bet has been placed using information that is not publicly available, or in cases of suspected match-fixing or manipulation.
• In the event of an obvious technical error in pricing — such as odds that are clearly incorrect due to a system fault — Luck 33 reserves the right to void affected bets regardless of whether they have been settled.
• For live betting markets, bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Fluctuations in live odds are a normal part of in-play betting and do not constitute grounds for a claim.
• Game outcomes in our slot games, live casino and bingo rooms are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). Luck 33 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are provided by the respective game developers and are verified by the developers' own testing processes.

• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings gained through exploitation are void

• Placing bets on behalf of another person or acting as an agent for any third party

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or during verification
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward Luck 33 staff or other players
• Attempting to access, tamper with or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure

Any genuine balance remaining in your account at the time of closure — after deducting any applicable bonus funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements — will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

Luck 33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Confirmed fraud, money laundering or any other criminal activity
• Provision of false identity or verification documents
• Multiple account creation or bonus abuse
• Any behaviour that, in our reasonable assessment, poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. We will provide written notice of the reason for closure wherever we are legally permitted to do so.
